What is Staytion?
Our mission is to democratize access to real estate. Staytion is the leading digital real estate investing platform for the $3 trillion single family rental home market. With Staytion, find homes you want to own. You can choose to live in your properties, sit back and earn income, or earn unique travel rewards and get access to Staytion's broader network of global properties.
What am I actually buying?
We offer real-life homes for sale that have been tokenized on blockchain. We title each house under an individual company (LLC or equivalent) and we mint one or more tokens representing the ownership of the underlying house. When you buy a token, you become an owner equivalent to the share value captured in the token, with the purchase being recorded on the blockchain.
What can I do with my Staytion home?
You can rent it out or decide to live in it. Properties that are minted by Staytion have been extensively renovated and they are move-in ready. In addition, each property is upgraded with state of the art lighting and smart home technology. If you need help managing your property, Staytion can help, using it's in-house property management services or drawing from it's global network of property managers and maintenance professionals to make ownership easy.
